How it works

Month 1 — Onboarding and diagnosis

Get into the team, the tools, the product, and the backlog. Identify which areas need the most attention. Light tier may run as Standard for the first month to cover this.

Months 2+ — Operating

Weekly cadence with the team. Monthly retrospective with the founder or product lead. Scope reviewed at each three-month mark.

Exit

30 days' notice either way after the initial three months. Handover document and operating notes provided on exit.
